Does Your Sustainable Energy Project Need Pre-FEED/FEED Funding as a Stimulus to FID?

The MPG Sink Fund Partnership Program (MPG SFPP) is a program that is fully funded by MPG, in association with its project sponsorship partners. It provides owners/promoters of sustainable energy developments access to project funds on an as-need basis through a pre-agreed annual facility. The project then only services the low-cost, accrued monthly interest and then repays the principal at the end of the facility term.

This type of stimulus funding is cheaper than conventional project finance, with no lock-in contracts, or additional security. You control the amount drawn-down to suit your projects cashflow, which will in-turn, reduce the costs of finance to a minimum, and its very flexible. The MPG SFPP is ideal as a stimulus for Pre-FEED/FEED phases ahead of FID on serial infrastructure programs or for development housing/commercial projects, that require up-front master planning/land acquisition capital with deferred principal repayments over several phases.

MPG is interested in major infrastructure and built environment projects across multiple sectors including energy, social, and hospitality. We will tailor each offering to suit the project owners aspirations against our affordability model to determine the right structured solution for both parties to be successful.
